Thread moved to General Help for a more appropriate fit.
Dear geovino,
tell us what the command was that leads to this message. Did you do "sudo apt-get upgrade"?
If so, have you done "sudo apt-get update" before to get your package repository in sync?
Regards
Frank
ran $ sudo apt-get update, then sudo apt-get upgrade.
Does the status file entry really show it as 1.4.2~- ?
if so, try removing the dash at the end.
Should be just 1.4.2~

Don't mind me, I'm only passing through.
Once in a blue moon, I'm actually helpful.
How can I do that? Why is this happening? Is there a file to delete?
I guess I'll reinstall Ubuntu 20.04 and start over since nobody can solve this problem.
